ACRO

Acro combines the strength and flexibility of acrobatics with the fluidity and expression of dance. In this class, students will learn a variety of acrobatic skills such as tumbling, contortion, and balancing, while integrating these movements into choreography. Focused on building strength, flexibility, and body control, this class encourages students to push their limits in a safe and supportive environment.

Acro I: 5+

Acro II: Must be able to do a front and back walkover to enter this level

Acro III: Must be able to do an aerial to enter this level

  • Spring Session: January - May

    Summer Sessions: June - August

    Fall Session: August - December

    • Black leggings or booty shorts with a leotard or form fitting top

    • Jazz shoes or turners

    • Hair for ALL classes should always be pulled back and tight.
